I was skeptical about moving away from my traditional wooden cutting board, but Tivano completely changed my mind. The rapid defrosting feature actually works surprisingly well. I forgot to take out frozen pork chops for dinner, so I laid them flat on the Tivano board while I chopped my vegetables.
